We offer 2 different subscription term:
- 10 days
- 20 days (monthly)
The 10 days term is only available when you order lunch and / or dinner, or breakfast and lunch per day i.e. maximum 2 meals per day per person.
This is basically a trial period. Once this subscription expired we recommend to switch over to the monthly subscription which also saves you money.
The 20 days term, with other words monthly subscription runs month by month. Our turn around date is 26th of every month or the closest business day.
This means when you sign up, you will receive an invoice with 20 days subscription and delivery fee in it. The monthly subscription is recurring, will renew itself without notification. In the event you wish not to renew it, you only have to send us your notification via email 5 business days prior.
3-4 business days prior to the (if it is a working day or the closest working day) 26th day of the month you will receive your next invoice for your subscription. This invoice will include the following session's serving days (depending on the number of serving days in the calendar month 20, 21 or 22 days) and the credit days you have left out of the first 20 serving days subscription that will be credited on your account. Thus you will switch over to the month by month subscription.
