The vegetarian meals are not on our menu by default but this does not mean we cannot entertain such request. Whenever it is necessary we will amend the menus according the dietary requests.
However we will not design an entire new menu for every different vegetarian options (ova vegetarian, lax vegetarian, vegan etc) but replace the meals on our existing ones with those that meets with your dietary request. i.e. if there is a beef dish and if it can be made on the vegetarian way, we will amend the dish according. In the event if it is not possible, we will design a new, different dish, based on available and seasonal ingredients. This is why we do not have this specific menu nor can send you one.
Any customisation on our existing menus comes with a 10% extra charge on the subscription.
